Document Registration for Foreign Job Seekers

Register your job-search documents for employment matching.

Foreign nationals who wish to work in Korea must first register documents confirming their education, career, qualifications, and current visa status. Based on the submitted documents, we review eligible occupations and employment-visa requirements, then recommend qualified candidates to suitable Korean companies. Required documents - Passport copy - Alien Registration Card copy (for residents in Korea) - Resume stating education, experience, and desired occupation - Final degree or graduation certificate - Career certificates, if applicable - Technical or job-related certificates, if applicable - TOPIK or other Korean-language certificate, if available - ID photo - Other documents required for the desired occupation or visa review Process Document registration → qualification and career review → eligible occupation review → company matching → candidate recommendation → interview → hiring decision → employment contract → work visa application Available work visas depend on the applicant's education, experience, qualifications, desired occupation, and current status of stay. E-7 and other professional or skilled employment categories require the applicable eligibility criteria. Without registered documents, an accurate eligibility review and company recommendation are difficult. Applicants with complete documents will be reviewed first when a suitable employer is available. Registration does not guarantee employment or visa issuance. Final hiring is determined by the employer's screening and interview. Up to 10 files may be attached.
